Guiding principle: The WHAT and WHY are shared freely. The HOW is protected. This is how a cooperative sustains itself — the framework belongs to everyone, the tools we build to implement it fund the organization and its members.

A restricted use covenant attaches to all IP: no offensive weapons, no autonomous kill chains, no mass surveillance. This covenant travels with every license and transfer. It cannot be stripped without supermajority amendment of the operating agreement.
